Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 12 hours from the time of purchase. After 12 hours, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Refund or Exchange will only be offered in case, there is any issue with the delivered order from our side.
Since our store primarily offers virtual, subscription-based products, most items are non-returnable. This includes services and products such as:
Social media followers or likes
Streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.)
Virtual products
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be approved, including:
Services that function for only part of their duration or stop before the expiry date
Social media services where followers drop to zero or are only partially delivered
Items that are damaged, not usable, or not in their original condition
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once your return request is received and reviewed, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
First, recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company as posting may take time.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they have a temporary or solvable issue. Our support team resolves most issues within one hour of detection. For exchanges of the same item, please contact us at screenilypakistan@gmail.com
